Co-founders of HYP Transitioning Lives a semi – independent services for young people, we have 16+ years specialising in working with young people from a variety of backgrounds. HYP specialises in promoting positive outcomes and supporting vulnerable young people moving onto independent living through a smooth transition of services.

Our Mission is providing a smooth transition, to support vulnerable young people from leaving care moving onto Semi-independent living, promoting positive outcomes.
